I've sent Shawn Stewart (co-founder of Arena Computers) to collections. Even though that'll cost me, I've no alternative. I've waited a year(!) for him to produce my dream system, but stupidly waited because he had a constant stream of excuses: divorce, head injury (no kidding), the war in Iraq recalling his staff to duty (I'm not making this up), etc. He's obviously had some real problems, but that doesn't make up for broken promises and stolen pre-payments.
