I took my coat to get dry cleaned. I picked it up and noticed the buttons had fallen off! I was told she would talk to her supervisor and have her come out and examine the coat. I called back and found out the supervisor never even came to look at the coat. The worker told her she thought it was a manufacturer defect. I was told to take the coat back to the store and get a refund. I bought the coat over a year ago and it wasn't even in this state. I could not believe the opinion of the worker was the finally decision. They never took fault for ruining my coat. The supervisor never spoke to me or tried to make things right. read full review »
