All because I was unemployed and saw this on an unemployment web sit. Ironic. I go on a site to request payment and this website took it from me. I received no info or receipt of the money they stole off my card. I authorized nothing. I would like to know what it is your charging $57.61 for. I want a full refund w/o hassle or as I stated in my refund request I will notify my attorney, the attorny general, BBB, news media and anyone else who'll listen. Also, having a person who rambles on unitelligably w/ a foreign accent, working in customer relations, is a clear indication that you don't have good customer relations at the top of your list. read full review »
