Re unfair late-fee charges. I have been a Chevron card holder since 1964.I pay my bills in full on time but have found recently that even 7-10 days is not enough mailing time. Other people I know have the same problem. GE Money Bank who handle their card has refused my request for reconsideration of a small credit despite my offering to go on auto pay to avoid this problem in the future. consequently I am accruing interest charges every month despite my timely payment of current charges.
