Gave them $100, then the additional $300. They then requested a lot of additional personal information. That's when we decided to cancel and requested our $400 refund. Spoke with Doug at 417-423-8380, who said it would take 90 days. 90 days passed with no refund. Called again and Doug referred me to the company owner Chuck at 417-567-0010 or 417-334-8217.
