I signed up for this program in September and sent my first submittal in mid-October expecting to receive my $25 Visa gift shortly thereafter. After dutifully submitting all required documents by the 20th of the next 3 months, I have yet to recieve a single gift card. Our non profit had planned to use this program as a fund raising effort.
