I had the same bad experience as others. I ordered my shoes from comfortshoesny.com over a month ago and they pulled the same thing with charging me right away and never shipping the shoes. When I inquired they said it was backordered and they would send me a tracking number in a week. But they never did. Right now they claim to have canceled my order (only after I asked them to) - if I don't get a refund in 10 days, I am calling the better business bureau. Also, they have no phone number on their site - you can only communicate with them via email. read full review »
