I have ordered from Brylane previously and been happy with my merchandise. I ordered their little kitchen trolley for a good price (although I thought the shipping was a little pricey). I was surprised when it arrived in a beaten-up, taped-up box. It was much worse when I opened the box - the trolley pieces were just thrown in the box loosely - no packaging of any kind - with the screws and bolts rolling around in the bottom of the box.
