Mid November I submitted a claim for 6 tickets I bought. at the amount of $7200. I sent all the forms. few weeks later the insurance company "TripMate" requested a duplicate of the documents I sent form my Travel agent. Only on Dec 30th My Travel agent got the communication that what is needed from him is the time he canceled my flights. This was the last data needed to finelize the case.
