I received a damaged stove and they had to take it back...I had no stove so I had to go to another store which had one in stock (you did not) ...that would be Lowes...I could not go without a stove for a week so we got one from Lowes... I was on hold for more than 45 minutes to cancel the order...Never got thru and will have to try again on Monday...This was a Saturday...
