December 31, 2009 printed mailing label, mailed - bought insurance. Got an email confirming package delivery. Got email confirming check had been sent - for half of the amount it was to be. Got an email saying half of the books did not arrive - they were all in the same box! Have emailed three times with questions / complaints - one response saying this was their busy time of year to bear with them. January 24, 2010 - NOTHING! The website has no phone number for the company anywhere on it. What can I do to get the money - OR my BOOKS back? read full review »
