This company lost two of my pants and refuses to compensate me unless I can bring in the original purchase receipt. Now, I ask you, how many people keep their purchase receipt for extended periods for every item of clothing? They also don't don't change their cleaning fluid regularly. Two other pairs of pants came back with dark streaks all over. I took them to another cleaner, and they told me that it was due to dirty fluid. The other cleaner reprocessed them and they came out fine. I usually pay $100. or more for a pair of pants. I was willing to settel for $100. for two pairs.
