I called global tel link was told that a representative will call me back because they are extremely busy...i recieved a callback and ask the lady about my account and why is the amounts not adding up? she then explained to me but was not clear and was not helpful and placed me onhold and never came back to the phone i heard silence for a a few minutes then there was musice and i waited on the line for 52 minutes before hanging up and i think that is ridiculous..because every one has a family member or friend in jail and its just very sad that... read full review »
