I had surgery in November and found out that Mega life is not going to cover my annual mamogram/ CT scan or my annual pap. i spoke with a customer services Manager named Bethany and she said that legally they have to offer it in the policy but legally they do not have to pay it. now as far as the CT scan is concerned she said that they do not have to cover it unless it is within 21 days of surgery. now i dont know if it is ever possible to go from a regular doctor ordering a scan and sending you to a specialist to have a surgical date set... read full review »
