I bring my computer in for virus removal. Called to see if its fixed told that it was, got there and was then told that I needed new hard drive even though I'd never had any problems other than too many pop ups. When I declined new harddrive, i was then told that my computer was never worked on because it didnt pass some sort of harddrive test, and unless I purchased one they would not attempt to remove virus.
