This is quite possibly the most disorganized operation I've ever dealt with. The fact that the situation involves maintaining COBRA coverage doesn't help. When I had to start paying for COBRA benefits, I received conflicting information not just on the payment amount but also on the drop-dead due date, three separate times, which got closer every time the payment amount was redacted.
