Mr. Johnson, I purchased a refrigerator from the local Sears store and paid in full at time of purchase on 01/10/2009. I have yet to receive my refrigerator. I have been notified 2 times that it would be deliveried in a 4 hour span at my vacant remodeled house where I have to wait outside in the cold and no one ever showed up or had the courtsey to call and notify me that to this date 01/28/09 the refrigerator has not come in.
