ARW Construction LLC contracted Lackey Enterprises Inc. to perform directional boring tasks for a job they were doing in the Lincolton NC area. The invoices were paid on a regular bases until the job was complete and ARW moved out of town. At that time they stopped all payments and communications with Lackey Enterprises. They will not pay or even communicate a reason for the non payment. These actions on ARW Consrtuctions behalf increase cost across the board to all other contractors due to countless hours and legal fees to try to recoop money owed.
