This place is so unorganized, I made an appointment to have my dog neutered for 35.00$. Yes, its super cheap but the customer service is terrible. This place is a half hour away from us so I called ahead of time to ask what was required of me, what can I expect of my dog before and after the operation. What do I need to bring etc etc. I get there and its a disaster, 15 dogs barking and screaming.
