On 1/14/10 I ordered contact lens, on 1/20/10 I received an e-mail saying my order had been "completed". On 1/23/10 I e-mailed the company to inquire about shipment of my lens, to which I was sent a rude reply. I called the 800 number for the company to ask about the e-mail and to cancel my order and was cursed at and hung up on by a person named Randy. read full review »
