Made 2 separate purchases via Amazon. They sent the wrong item and didn't respond to my contact efforts. Amazon intervened and I finally heard from accessory one. They said they refused to send the correct item or refund me until I removed the negative feedback I'd submitted (a violation of Amazon's rules). They never assisted me further, so Amazon refunded the purchase separately. On my second order, they never responded to our requests for assistance. They then lied to the Better Business Bureau, stating that they'd offered to refund the item once it was returned. read full review »
