Yep, should have read this site first. Ordered on 12-4 got email saying they were processing and then nothing. Emailed them on 12-10 for status of order heard nothing. 2 days later ordered from another company. Received the items from second order in 4 days. On 12-18 finally get response from these jokers stating order has been completed and will be shipped on the 19. Package arrives on the 20th. I try to call them on the Saturday( before Xmas and they aren't open and have no 1800 number) left a message asking for an AR # sent email same... read full review »
