I placed an order on Dec 16th 2008, all items were in stock, and everything appeared to be as a normal order. After 8 days I decided to find out where my order was, I was shocked and disappointed to find that according to my order status, none of the items had been shipped yet and no additional details could be provided. I called the toll free number to find that they were having a high level of calls and to try again later, to be dropped.
