I have ordered from them 3 times -- 1st time the order shipped right away I was very pleased! 2nd time, it didn't ship right away, and then (a couple of weeks later) a hurricane came through, but after some email they finally shipped my order so I thought, OK, hurricane so I'll give them another chance. 3rd time? Order was placed on Nov 20, it's now Dec 26th -- 1 email received back from customer service (Dec 13th) saying my order was "flagged" and that the shipping supervisor would be contacting me in 24 hrs . . . still... read full review »
