I took my car in to get the radiator flushed, a process that takes anyone with any knowledge at all about 15-20 mins. Two hours later, we receive a car that has coolant splashed all over the engine bay and oil on the carpet. 14 different cars came and went in the time we spent sitting there helplessly. When we asked what took so long, their only response was "well the fluid was kind of dirty". No *** it was dirty, thats what we brought it there for. In no way does "dirty fluid" make that process take 2 hours. Everyone who works in this bunk establishment is worth less than the food it takes to keep them alive.‎ read full review »
