Met with sales personnel for 3 weeks. Saw some TV's I wanted to purchase because they were going to install a home theater system for me. Said not to worry, they would make notes and when we were through with the Geek Squad and what they would propose, everything would be addressed. Got proposal which was more than I wanted to spend. Eliminated some things but was still spending $5K. Suddenly all prices quote would not be honored even though these were published and quoted prices. I told them these were their prices not mine.
