I had this problem also, had beeb calling to 1-9494759500. cancelled my warranty with Auto One Warranty less than 90 days from purchasing it and the company has yet to give me my refund that is owed. (I have been waiting 8 months) My warranty was through Guardian but Auto One Warranty I was told handles their payments for them.
