We have two home financed with Countrywide/BAC -- both have been paid electronically, on-time, for the life of the mortgage. The payments have the account number on the check. Last September they started crediting both payments to one account, and nothing to the other account. I received a letter that we were about to be foreclosed, and two days later, a process server delivered the papers to my door.
