I spoke with Sam, a case manager who handles my complaint. He promised he would call within a hour. It’s been 3 hours and I haven’t received a call back from HP. Also, the Executive relations office representatives were very rude to me. Their names are Deborah and Patty. Patty refused to give out her name when I asked her several times.
