I bought a G.E. DECT 6.0 cordless phone in june 2009 for $40. In September 2009 I returned it as it was not working properly. The shipping itself cost me $15. They registered a case upon the receipt of my product and said it would take 6-8 weeks for the refund. Its been 15 weeks by now and they are yet to despatch my refund check. The customer service at 1-800-447-1700 is the most poor one that I never ever dreamt of. They are the final point for us and they say there is no escalation department I would speak to.
