On the 21st of January 2010, their shared hosting servers went down. I know that these things can happen unexpectedly and assumed that services would resume within a reasonable time frame. The following message was posted on their website: "We have had a major downtime over the past few days which resulted in both the "Mercedes" and "Jetta" server's being offline.
