Dear Sears, My wife and I came into your Edison Mall Fort Myers, fl store 2 months ago and ordered some items ( Fridge, Range, microwave & Dyson). Unfortunately they were back ordered except the Dyson so we understood that we were going to have to wait. Our scheduled time of delivery was set for Jan 19th. Some time passed and I received a call from Sears delivery 2 days prior saying everything was on schedule. The morning of however I got word that our range was damaged upon deliver.
