I booked a room through Hotwire, CLEARLY indicating it was for myself and one child. The room was a 3.5 star, equivalent to "Hilton", etc. It turns out it is for Guest Quarters which only has rooms with one bed!! I am traveling with my 12 year old son. I asked Hotwire if I could transfer to a similar hotel with two beds. This is written response I got - in all caps: "IF THE CUSTOMER HAD SPECIAL NEEDS FOR THIS TRIP THEN THIS RESERVATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN PURCHASED ELSEWHERE." This company sucks!!! read full review »
