The therapists are not treated with respect by the owner...even though you couldn't have a massage facility without them. These therapists are all very skilled licensed professionals who chose Zen because of the location. As one of these therapists, I can attest to how difficult it is to give someone a great massage when morale is low and the owner is skimming our profits.
