I have tried calling to cancel my membership and was told to go to their website since they were revising their phone system. After going to the website there isn't a customer service link on the website just complaints. I want to cancel my membership, and my credit card company will not change my number until I send a letter of complaint and there isn't a listing as to where to send the letter. A real catch 22.
