I too have had $89.89 deducted from my Visa account an 11/25/09. Returned second bottle, cancelled account. Colnx received the returned merchandise on 12/04/09 @ 10:20 AM. Have called, emailed and spoken to the BBB in Florida. I have yet to receive my refund and the BBB has been in touch with Colnx, they have 30 to 45 days to answer the BBB about my complaint. Anyone who reads the complaints about this company and still request the free sample, WATCH OUT... Colnx will get their money, however you will never get your refund. I am so angry at my own stupidity, I should have known better. Now I am out $90.00, not a good thing in this economy. read full review »
