This product was ordered on a trial basis and I never received the product. The company says it was delivered to my home on 12/11/09, I told them it was never received but they will not investigate and even though I tried to cancel my order by phone they have charged my account for $79.95. I have spoken to their representative and the only thing they want to do is send me another shipment, which I do not want. Is there anyway to get money back from these scam artists? read full review »
