I made several purchases on Jan. 20th and 21st for computer software/downloads. I have been charged for these products and downloads but have not been able to download anything at all, at any time since. I have paid in over $4oo so far. I have called Microsoft, Digital River, and orderfind.com. EACH and ALL has told me they have NO RECORD of my purchases yet they ACKNOWLEDGE billing me.
