Like others our mortgage was sold to this company and we received a letter late. If it wasn't for the original mortgage company giving us details of the account number our first payment to them would have been late. As it turned out they received it into their system late but waived the fees only because I insisted. We use online banking with a bank that will help us dispute any transaction we make through bill pay.
