All you need to rip someone off ( esp. a family member, like your Grandmother ) is an email account, access to their usps mailbox and access to your grandmother's bank account. Just set up a paypal account, point it at your dear old Grandmama's bank account, wait for the verification to come to her mailbox, "...that's ok grandma I'll get the mail for you."
