I pay for a 7 meg internet connection and averaged a 1.5 meg for the last few months. Called a few weeks ago to report the issue, spent 30 minutes on the line waiting to talk to someone. I reported the issue and was called back a few days later and was told they upgraded some equipment and that I was good to go. My speed had increased BUT only for 3 days!! I was now in the sub one meg internet speed, my lowest was .25m, I can walk on my hands faster than that.
