We purchased a mattress from Thomasville almost ten years ago. We also purchased a sofa-bed at the same time. We have 6 other Thomasville pieces (What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results) The mattress developed sags within a couple of years. We called and complained. They sent out a "technician" whose "fix" was to put two pads under the mattress. So the resulting image when the bed was made had two big humps in the bed. Just awful.
