I recently experienced a flood in my condominium, and my hardwood floors, which are only 4 years old and were in excellent condition prior to the flood, were severly damaged. I have requested that the floors be replaced; however, Allstate claims their position to be that "if a damaged floor can be sanded & refinished, that is what their policy will cover."
