Pinnacle or New Horizons, which was another name they used in their marketing, was a marketing agent for New Summit Investments for a managed Investestment account. There was a $5, 000 fee for this account. There was also a guarantee in their contract that if a loss of greater than 10% was realized anytime in the first 12 months, I would be entitled to a refund of my $5, 000 .
