They may guarantee 3-5 day delivery, but they really mean a month... Why? Because they have to send your package to every other city in the country before they can get it right! Parcelforce is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and should not be in business with these things constantly happening. The first time I used them, they lost 1 of 2 boxes but it eventually showed up (with 1/2 the contents broken) and the second time, they changed the outer labels and gave me someone else's box from a city hours away, meanwhile, I am still waiting for my box to arrive!
