I have been charged $15.99 a month for the "right" to order stamps online from stamps.com. I have never purchased or received anything from this company. Their website does not state that there is a $15.99 monthly fee. I entered some of my personal information but never confirmed. The website does not give any details until you enter your credit card and other personal information. Even then I did not see a $15.99 montly charge.
