signed up for triple play 04/09 which came with a $200 rebate and as of this date, 01/26/10 I still have not received it... I have called customer service at least 20 times and get a different answer or excuse as to why I haven't received my rebatet...I have done all the paper work and I have copies... I have gone to the rebate website and I have called them and they have nothing for me.
