I booked hotel 4 rooms through the hotel official website on 11/26/09 my check in date is Dec3 and check out date is Dec8, when I made the reservation it directly went to Starwoodhotel.com without any hint. My guest changed the travel date, then I called the hotel to cancel the reservation with the confirmation number in thier valid cancellation time. They transfer me to reservation or cancellation Dep. to cancel my reservation, and gave me the 2 cacellation number.
