This web site used pictures of authentic Ugg boots to sell their "knock-off" boots. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, but the "company" told me it was too late. I have dealt with reputable online companies who will honor a cancellation within a 24 hour time frame. Now, I'm stuck with boots that are too small and cannot mail them back because my local post office says I will need to find a US Post Office who will take packages that will mail out of the country. The "company" web site is now shut down and I am unable to understand their email replies because they are in very "broken" English. read full review »
