I recently visited my local tires plus for and oil change and tire rotation. They finished the work in 45 min. Not the slowest ive ever seen but not the fastest either. Then on my way home to winona my tire falls off the car, driving the car on the rotor for a few hundred feet. When I get back to the shop they inform me that they cannot do anything and that they are not responsible. I do not understand, they were the last to take my tires off, why are they not cooperating.
